POET applauded Iowa Registration for E15

POET, the world’s largest biofuel producer, has applauded the introduction of House Study Bill 594 registration that would help give the US State of Iowa greater access to E15. This is a cleaner, cost-saving, renewable fuel brand made with 15 percent homegrown bioethanol. For Jeff Broin, founder and CEO of POET, blending with 15 percent will save money at the pump, create new value for farm families, support thousands of jobs and drive economic growth across the state.

Iowa is ready for E15
E15 is offered at more than 2,500 retail locations across 30 states and retailers are finding that E15 boosts sales and attracts loyal customers. Comprehensive investigations have shown, that biofuel E15 does not harm the underground tanks or the dispensing equipment. This also reports experts of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
