Wo Energie fließt, ist auch Leben. Denn Energie ist Leben.
Canada: Oil and natural gas for a prosperous future
The Canadian province Alberta has an opportunity to become one of the most attractive places in the world for oil and natural gas investment. But only if Albertans vote for energy in the upcoming provincial election and insist political parties adopt policies aimed at enhancing industry’s competitiveness, according to The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers CAPP. In it’s Alberta Energy Platform, CAPP has developed a set of aspirational goals and policy recommendations focused on four priority areas including market access, regulatory competitiveness, climate policy and fiscal and economic policy. They further provide clear information about the challenges facing Alberta’s oil and natural gas industry, as well as action-oriented recommendations. The success of the province is largely tied to a strong oil and natural gas industry. A vote for energy CAPP says, moves Alberta toward a more prosperous future and makes Canada to the fourth-largest oil producer and third-largest natural gas producer in the world.
